I am leaving for Scotland in less than a week and am... not packed yet. After departing, I will travel for 3 whole days (hooray for layovers), and will finally arrive on Monday. I am trying to make the most of my time here and have been meeting up with old friends who I dearly missed. Anyways, just some random thoughts before I go:

Yesterday we took a plane ride over the mountains around Anchorage. Just amazing what you can see from the air. The plane was a 1978 Cessna 4 seater! Trip was about 1 hour. Saw lots of glaciers. And snow that you can't see from the ground. Trip was good till we tried to land. ...
