Ahhhhh. No truck today. Ahhhhhh Cooked yummy cinnamon rolls that Linda packed for us, thank you Linda! Kids got to play in game room, ride their bikes and play in the pool. Mommy got to start a book! And even got some laundry done... Hitting the road ...

Well, we plugged in at Texas RV without a problem, so guess we'll have to think about another solution. Probably will just pack up at the storage facility, run the generator on the way to the rally, then go shopping after we get there. We'll see how that works ...

Again, we were up at Jack Sparrow's crack. The usual 04:30 alarm went off and after a shower, packing and a nose bag, we all set off at 05:40 for the Posse Up area. We arrived at 05:55 and were the first bikes there for group B-Bravo. After organising the bikes in to the right columns and doing all three now-standard briefs we were ready for the off by 08:00.

A relatively uneventful first leg of 87 miles took us to a fuel stop at a Loves ...

... are unique to the area in such stores, so we always make the full tour to see what we can learn. We didn't buy much, since we don't have the storage space of the Newmar Coach we had looked at. Thanks God...

We got a few more items at the Dubya Store, which was a good one, with a great inventory and friendly clerks.

It's an interesting ethnic mix here as it is in most larger Texas towns. I enjoy just looking ...
