It was a big lay in this morning! Starting to sound old when i say I can't handle to many late nights in a row, specially a 3am kind of late night! Didn't do much till lunchtime when D went out and got some proper American fried chicken. They have things that they call biscuits which are kind of like a bread version of a scone. ... was right at lunchtime . Fairly large dining area inside and al fresco with a nice view of the river. Everyone's casually dressed and very laid back, very at ease atmosphere. Sonya arrives looking great as usual. Smiling,excited,eager and hungry all in one. We get seated and order lemonade,really good stuff,and she tells me what she's ordered in her previous visits. 6th-7th August Not a great deal to talk about after yesterday as it was a driving day, we drove from New Mexico into Texas, and drove down to San Antonio, a fairly uneventful drive. Again, we were up at Jack Sparrow's crack. The usual 04:30 alarm went off and after a shower, packing and a nose bag, we all set off at 05:40 for the Posse Up area. We arrived at 05:55 and were the first bikes there for group B-Bravo. After organising the bikes in to the right columns and doing all three now-standard briefs we were ready for the off by 08:00.
