    ... the group of 40 was going on a field trip, taking the tram to an Archaeological site.





    While the big girls are at camp, mom gets Tessa time! It is so awesome and unusual to have many hours to kill alone with Tess. We frequent the library, the market, neighborhood parks, and internet cafes where Tess watches a show while I do my Edgewood work.

    Our place is called “The spectacular attic” and the name couldn’t be more appropriate. What makes the place an attic is that it’s located on the 10th floor of a building across the street from the beach. Here is the view from our amazing (and somewhat treacherous) patio.

    ... first I was quite hesitant, but there were so many people in the restaurant it had to at least be edible, right?
