... all the mummies and artefacts (as you will see by the pictures). History lesson done for the day - loved it! Now I want to be am archaeologist! Leaving the museum bewildered by the past, was soon brought back to reality in the real world. ... docked canal boats and their interesting names; the beautiful green leaves overhanging the canal and the narrow tunnels.

Once at the market we were busy again sampling food from the different ethnic food stalls and then looking at the jewellery; T shirts; clothes etc that captured the children’s attention.

You can probably see why we’re so behind on our Travel Blog. Most nights we all drop into bed:)

After about 6 hours flying we arrived in England at Heathrow. We had organized a motel, Lee had thought, attached to the airport as Holiday Inn Express T5 (terminal 5) sounds correct. No it was not to be. We needed to catch a bus to the place. This meant getting some Pounds and paying for it. We were led to believe that there was a shuttle bus to travel next door.
