... great hall was beautiful, the detail and craftsmanship that went into this really gave me some hope and inspiration that people are still doing it the right way. So much depth and detail to everything. The only CGI work they use in the great Hall is the ceiling,it is just as big as you see on film. There was a full house in attendance. The Theatre Royal that stands today opened in 1812 and is now owned by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber who rents it out to big productions.

After about 6 hours flying we arrived in England at Heathrow. We had organized a motel, Lee had thought, attached to the airport as Holiday Inn Express T5 (terminal 5) sounds correct. No it was not to be. We needed to catch a bus to the place. This meant getting some Pounds and paying for it. We were led to believe that there was a shuttle bus to travel next door. ... meet up with Carmie in Waterloo for an Indian dinner. She is finally back from her nanny job in Sydney- so glad she is home but it sounded like she had an epic time in Aus and in the homeland!

This restaurant was pretty awesome though- you could sit 'upstairs' which meant having an alcove set high into the wall, which was only accessible by a private ladder- amazing for the diner, not amazing for the serving staff I am sure.
