Back down again I bought my book "Oman Off Road" which was recommended by Basti (you can go and pick up your copy at my parents place again - Thanks) and wandered around the mall a bit. It's really an impressive building, with and Ice skating rink and even an Aquarium (not something you have at your Chinese restaurant, but pretty much an entire Sea world) in it. ... RESULT! After freshening up we explored the hotel and it's grounds which were amazing and relaxed by the pool for the rest of the morning! In the afternoon we decided to do a little sightseeing and visited the famous Dubai Mall! It was an incredible sight, full of very lavish shops, restaurants, amusement parks, an aquarium and underwater zoo! However we didn't really enjoy the aquarium or underwater zoo as there were far too many sea life crammed into small tanks :( ...

... turn we made. When we got to the check in desk our spirits suddenly plummeted. We had to pay a 150,000 airport tax each that hadn't been included in our flight ticket.
