      ... br> Pete and I went to a 3 Iftar's in total throughout Ramadan. Iftar is the meal after sunset when people 'break the fast'. Traditionally it is started with eating a date and drinking juice/water. We went to one at the Hilton hotel, one at Dusit Thani, and one with my work who kindly paid for us to go to an Iftar at the Millenium Hotel. All three were similar but with their different twists!       Forgot to mention we saw a Saudi plated hummer yesterday which we were told by the taxi that because of the single digit number on the plate this meant the hummer was being driven by member of royal family!
