We left our tropical island late on the 30th which gave us another full day before our boat transfer to Male airport for the Emirates flight to Dubai.
The flight left 30 minutes early late in the evening and after a three and half hour flight we were in Dubai…35 degrees at 03:00 in the morning!
We went straight to bed for a few hours sleep and Fiona turned up from London just after 09:00.
