It should be given when something extra is earned...and in this case, it was not. I have to think he wasn't too surprised when we quickly excited the jeep after we arrived in our hotel. ... what the next 6 weeks will bring and that is both tremendously exciting and rather unnerving at the same time. The rough plan is to start in Ho Chi Min, meet up with two of my lovely friends and travel with them for a few days up to Nga Trang on the coast, celebrate my birthday, then carry on up to Hanoi, stopping off in various places on the way, before returning to Ho Chi Min for my flight home on the 5th October.
