Walking through the columns provided the opportunity to reflect about the lives lost. Hello everyone! Sorry again for the late postings! Germany was really something else, it was a short time but I loved it. The first day, I spent in the closest city our ship was docked in, Rostock. This was a beautiful port city which is most known for it's university (I never actually got the name.) I go to Rostock every year for the Hanse Sail. This time I took my friends with me, I showed them around and we had a lot of fun. The Hanse Sail is a sailing event where you have a fair and a lot of ships. But you can also spend your time at the beach, which is basically what we did! :)

We only stayed for the day and drove back home in the middle of the night. This officially ended our road trip even though we had been home the day before.
