Back stage VIP... No biggie
... with friends I'd made whilst travelling. My friends are students studying in Muenster and I'm staying at their flat in the Alstadt (old town). I'm so lucky with my kind and fun hosts =). At the same time I have been here there has been another "Sudy Rep" (Southern hemisphere representative). She's a doctor in Brisbane and also a really cool chick... Esp. for an Auzzie =P.
On my first night here we cooked a scrumptious meal together and played this card game ...

Hallo ihr lieben,
Heute ist mein letztes Wochenende zu Hause.
Die letzten Tage waren schoen, ich habe viel mit Eva und Emma gemacht (Fahrrad Touren, Freibad, usw), mich mit einigen Freunden getroffen und das schoene Wetter genossen.
Am Montag gehts dann in aller Frueh um 6.20 in Hannover los. Ich habe noch eine Zwischenlandung in Amsterdam und von dort geht es weiter bis nach Kapstadt. Wie lange der Flug ist weiss ich immer noch nicht, aber ich will es ...
Day 1 and we are off!
Well technically I suppose I was off but I only got as far as the Euro Tunnel to hear those great station announcement.. " we apologize but the 08.20am crossing has been cancelled due to signaling problems and we apologize for any delays caused"... yeah right.
Anyway gave me chance to speak to the only other biker there, Graham from Lewes on his BMW GS1150 going to Poland. Nice guy and we chewed the hour wait away discussing ...

Hostel für die erste Nacht ist schon mal gebucht. Auf Bildern sieht es mehr als nur gut aus, Erfahrungsberichte sind allerdings ein wenig durchwachsen, wird Zeit sich ein eigenes Bild zu machen.
Da ich eigentlich keinen Blog machen wollte, hab ich mir noch nicht wirklich Gedanken darüber gemacht, wie oft ich hier was posten werde. Wahrscheinlich aber werde ich mindestens einmal die Woche ein Internetcafé aufsuchen, um euch auf dem neusten Stand zu halten.

Next was an old farm house where people lived with no wall in between the house and the stables and their beds were the size of a cupboard.
