We finished by 15.40 and took photos by the thermometer. The first day had lost 700 people, and a further 900 dropped out by the end of Pink Wednesday. The trend continued through the week, with a further 800ish dropping out on Thursday and again on ...

... bought some bread and ham for lunch, and took it back to the men. Then we went for a long walk around the village again and we talked about general stuff. Her English is quite good, though she gets frustrated when she doesn't know the words. I feel dumb not knowing any Dutch so I told her not to worry.
