After my run I am starving and we head out into the town to have a walk around an open air museum, which houses historical buildings from all different parts of Sweden. We sit in a small cafe and have "Köttbullar" or Swedish Meatballs, served with mash potatoes and a side of cranberry sauce.

... have to say I was impressed by how the airport security in Norway was going to make sure then bag was clean even if they had to rip it apart. Oops!
