When we arrived back in town, we toured the very interesting Opium Museum and found a local shop that allowed us some tea sampling, resulting in sales of bags of tea to our group.

... Chiang Rai to Luang Prabang for 850bht by himself. Interested in this as we would be able to save money, we read up on it and it seemed pretty easy. After deciding that this is what we were going to do, we set off to find food and exchange money. We went to one of the exchange places and luckily the rate wasn't too bad. There we also met up with the German couple from earlier who were going to meet the other girl for dinner and invited us to come and join them. Once finished, we ...
