-Sit down at a long table to eat breakfast and drink good 'Kona’ coffee with whoever else happens to be there. I tend to sit with the older guys and the Europeans.

8:30 – 10:00 – Take a yoga class at the E-Max (yoga/community hall, I don’t know why it’s called that). It’s about an 8-minute walk from the Dining Lanai, or a 3-minute, all downhill, bike ride.
