    We began the day departing Hawaii Preparatory Academy, which made us sad because we really enjoyed staying there. We drove to the Lava Tree State Park and learned that when lava goes over trees, often the moisture in the trees fights with the lava and the lava hardens leaving a tube inside of a mass of lava rock.
