... br> Brutus was dropped off and we made our way across to a friends' home. We were heartened by the welcome and the hospitality offered by the Sycz family who opened their home to us over the next fortnight. I think this is our longest stay ever apart from with immediate family! They clearly made us too comfortable.

... Unfortunately with the season having ended we didn't get to see it. We headed on an awful busy fast road to Gdansk and found our Villa in the suburbs on the hill above the city. Afterwards, we had a guided tour of ...

We say goodbye very early on Saturday morning, and as our friends prepare to fly back to the UK, Jonny and I get set for a long drive across Poland and into German ...

... morning, between them they gave me a fabulous breakfast. There was sausage, scrambled egg, tomatoes, ham, bread, and best of all coffe.
I say this because they offered me tea, well you would, I said I'd be fine with water, but oh no coffee duly arrived.
The hospitality from two strangers was humbling.
We should all be more open to people, be more welcoming, and say hello!

You just never know what might happen
So the wedding you ...
