Day 38, Christchurch to Brisbane. Sunny today. It is Richard and Julie's 8th wedding anniversary today. We celebrate with another Continental breakfast, then go back to the room to start packing as we are flying back to Brisbane today. We catch a taxi and arrive at the international airport at 10:30am. After the drama of Friday with the Server at work having a drive fail, we were left with tidying up and finalising our last bit of packing.

Then it was off to our favourite Silician cafe Sofia's Gourmet in Clayfield, joined by Brett and Steve who we are hoping to meet up with in Amsterdam and John, Melissa & Sarah our granddaughter. If you haven't been to Sofia's it's well worth it.

... not miss this one. What a coincidence...
The mom has decorated the house with white and splashes of yellow (yellow flowers, case, pillows). They have a Middle eastern carpet which reminded me of my home in Saudi with quite a few of them! This is quite pointless.. But we drank water out of these lime green plastic cups (I would never have thought would look nice and would look to kitchy) but they looked refreshing and cool!
I know that was very detailed ...
