The evening's entertainment included hilarious interviews with the North Idaho "ancestors" of the WAI mascot, Walking Willy. After dinner Dan and Scott presented the Willie ...

It had been a really nice evening.

Allie and I had a long day ahead of us for the next day, so we went to Wynee's to do some small errands and prepared for our early departure from beautiful Portland. I really loved Portland. Even though my stay was very brief, it felt like a second home. The city is beautiful, people are nice, sushi is yummy and the beer is great! Can you ask for more?! Maybe I'll return one day, but for now it's on to Fort Bragg! peace&&love ...

We spent Saturday afternoon at the bar. Some people had never had a huckleberry daiquiris before, so we went down the road to Hills Resort. It was a girls day plus Johnny. We ordered 6 “huck-dacks” and drank on the patio. Kuma got kicked off the deck so it was time to move to a more dog friendly bar.

Down the road a bit more was the Beaver Bar. My all time favorite bar. Kuma and I ...
