... story later... The day before Christmas Eve was a busy one, as many people were in the city of Frankfurt (including us) to do some last minute shopping. I took this opportunity to check out Frankfurt's Jewish Museum. One thing I found interesting when we parked in one of the city's parking lots was the different types of parking that was available. Anyway after breakfast we walked yo the Tajikistan Embassy which took over an hour along very broad boulevards with very little traffic and even fewer people. Lots of very large buildings with columns etc and lots f empty space between them. Everything so spread out ant Tashkent with its 2.2 million inhabitants are so very spread out. Many apartments buildings which looked pretty horrible ...

... levels a lot. Weird questions and we had to produce two copies each. Lots of declarations of money, jewelry and communication devices. Those stress levels increased further do we had arrived and wanted to get through the passport control. Lots of shoving and jostling for places by all sorts of people including a group of travellers from China and locals with crying children. When we finally got to the counter we were sent back to the visa counter as our letter of invitation ...
