Aug 2nd - Left Cromwell just after 8am, Keith & Barbara drove us to Queenstown airport. Flight to Christchurch was uneventful but quite bumpy over Canterbury, dust clouds being raised from the dry riverbeds.. Flight to Melbourne was delayed. We were supposed to board at 4pm but didn't do so until 6pm..This meant we would miss our connecting …

Kels doesn't really fly well, so he has been a little on edge. If I got white knuckles from landing in Melbourne then I can only imagine what flying to Kuala Lumper and then to Male will bring. Having taken a look at his most recent work; the development of a digital series with a heavy slant on dance and performance, and having discussed replicating some of the shots from my dance portfolio in costume, I had sort of allowed myself the misguided notion that I'd be dressed in exquisite gowns and ...

Saturday(sorry for delay, my iPad died and I picked up an iPhone charger by accident!) So my first activity was climbing. Bouldering is a very new hobby of mine and I asked if there were any walls in Melbourne. We found one in Sunshine called Fun City, though when we got there it was obvious it was a kids climbing wall and games centre! Tad embarrassing... We still gave it a go and got a fair way up the wall but because we ...
