Friday afternoon saw us back in Holland - Yes! As soon as we arrived it was time for lunch and although we did go to Maccas the lunch was a thoroughly Dutch one! We also enjoyed looking at an Ikea Store and in the evening it was again time to meet up with some special people. (H)

      ... to explore Amsterdam.

The route to the tram stop involved crossing underneath the train tracks, where we found some pretty awesome graffiti.

We must have spent a good half an hour marveling at the walls and taking photo's, most of which can be seen at the end of this chapter, it's worth clicking on them to see them in better detail. We then jumped on the ...

Wow, one of the most cultural and relaxed cities I've ever visited. And it didn't take us long to see why visitors love this place. After settling into our hostel we were on our way out looking for a laundry, a guy who worked at the hostel took us to one nearby and while we waited for our washing he showed us to his favourite coffee shop where we split a space cake and I was stoned for the rest of the afternoon. So it was one very relaxing afternoon ...
