Houston, we're not Kennedy Space Center

A travel blog entry by jason934 on Oct 05, 2015

... After the tour we looked at the space artefacts and watched a few movies/documentaries. There isn't as much to see and do at the center compared to Kennedy so we left at about 3pm a little disappointed (spoiled perhaps at going to Kennedy first). Stains on carpet, leaky bathtub, crooked floors, and when I opened the curtains to look outside, all I could see was frosted glass…. Really? I guess that's what happens when you pick an economy hotel in downtown New Orleans. But the strangest ...

... plates of mains, then a few different desserts - Matt worked out that if he filled his icecream cone with toppings first, then added icecream followed by more toppings that it was extra value! Jo decided she needed a couple of pieces of pizza to eat on the way home and Sam stashed away a couple of choc chip cookies for later. Needless to say, they were absolutely taxidermied when they left the place.
Sunday morning we headed off for Sunday School and ...
