    ... for us. Not only did we have to prove that we have a return ticket, but all information that was keyed in to the system was repeated again. This led to a long delay at boarding time. We took off an hour later. Out 10 hour flight to Miami was uneventful.     After some online reconnaissance we ventured into the city today for a look around. We drove to a local train station and had no trouble buying day passes from a vending machine for €6 each. Parking was a little drama - the 'park n ride' we drove into closed at 9pm and there was a chance we'd be back later than that. We walk down the stairs about 100 metres looking at the large lifts that take cars down to the single lane road.     This is a different style of trip from the previous ones we have done together. They are packing a light load with no camping equipment as Werner has pre-booked each night's accommodation, all detailed with each day's mileage on the famous "Heinrich route spreadsheet". Jim's two panniers looked like he had packed for a day cycle, unlike the four "packed to the max" panniers we have taken before.
