      ... time are the Gateway Arch and the city museum. However if you have time get on the train and go to Forest Park. Forest Park contains the St Louis Science Centre, the St Louis Art Museum, the Missouri History Museum and the St Louis Zoo - and it is all free!       There is a museum inside, and it is free. The Lewis & Clark expedition museum, and the movie that they show is great. They have a store with St. Louis souvenirs and a candy shop.       ... then walked back up the hill to the hotel and then used the fitness room
      treadmill.

      Thursday we went to the included hotel breakfast and it wasn’t that great for our
      taste. They had eggs, grits, sausage, toast, cereal and toaster waffles. No muffins or

      Anyhow this morning I completed my badging application and were going to run errands and have lunch before we come back to work the outbound flight. Tonight I overnight in Seattle and have dinner planned with my parents and the Hugo’s so I’m pretty excited about this. Then early tomorrow I fly back to San Diego to watch our Seahawks playoffs game! Can’t wait!
