... after dark. New merchants (or perhaps the same ones) appear to sell lantern boats to float across the river. We grabbed a drink at a more upscale restaurant while waiting for the final alterations to be made on the shirts. Along with the drinks we ordered some fried spring rolls. ... sorted it was time to think about dinner but before that I asked the man at reception about getting to HoiAn and the best cheapest way. He said that the local bus was very cheap but the bus stop was a little away from the hotel but he then offered to take me there the next morning - wow! ... is still torn between vietnamese and Thai. The thing I love about it is it tastes so fresh, they use herbs and salad leaves in everything. We tried lots of the dishes that are local to Hoi An including the 'Cau Lau'a rice noodle dish with tons of fresh herbs and pork. ... view of the pool and the beach and it meant that everyone in the hotel was meant to know which room we were in so we never had to provide our room number at breakfast or at the bar.
