... squeeze in - very nerve racking. We are now in Hoi An and staying at the Bonsai Homestay which is like a B&B. A lovely spot with all rooms opening onto the garden which is filled with beautiful bonsai. To say it is hot is an understatement but thanks heavens for air con and fans. The interesting thing is that you serve the pancake on a small square of rice paper. Then put one chopstick under the edge of the paper, the other chopstick over, and roll. A perfect roll.
