        ... a cheese tray(parmesan, gorgonzola, etc). and salumi--mixed cold cuts: salami, the prosciutto. And the bread---oh, the bread! We couldn't call it a day without some gelatto to top ourselves off!

        It was wet and cold as we headed towards the South of Germany. We intended to visit Schloss (Castle) Neuschwanstein but when we arrived around lunchtime the earliest tickets we could get were for 5.00pm. We decided not to stay so continued on through Austria to Italy.
