    Driving in to San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge has to be one of the most dangerous experiences of my life.     Another lazy morning. Woke up at 6 and didn't get back to sleep. We headed out just after 11 to pick up our bikes from Blazing Saddles ready for our trip round the marina, over The Golden Gate Bridge and down into Sausalito.
