... be honest, it was so cold outside I was happy to stay in too.

Saturday, we wandered into town to get a few winter upgrades, thicker scarves, thicker gloves, thermal socks etc. as it's got that much colder we really need more than we brought with us. Happy with our purchases, we had a bit of lunch, and a mulled wine. Our friend Gina had invited us around for dinner on Saturday evening, and she cooked a lovely Christmas dinner of roast turkey, mash potato, spinach ...

... Much. So when we rocked up they didn't seem to know who we were, no idea of our booking and EP just said "oh no, here we go" Really the production manager,(Abraham) should have been with us but after battling with the reception for 15mins he arrived and had already checked us in, gave us our key and showed us to our room. The reception gabbled at him and they wanted our passports. Oh god we didn't even know if we were booked in..... But we were, they just gabble ...

... or something). Anyway, I came up to my room when I decided I preferred silence to a language I'm too tired to pay attention to at the moment, but ended up having to hear it anyway, from myself. Damn, they really know how to do language immersion here. In class today, someone accidentally said "OK" and everyone turned and stared at him like he'd just told the teacher to go **** herself.

Also, the air quality the last two days is terrible. It's over ...
