    The last week here at the farm has been really great. It's been super busy, but once again, I feel like I have learned so much! The weekend was a lot of fun. On Saturday we biked into Winterswijk and went to the market. It was so amazing. I love markets, and truly wonder why we do not have them in Canada, because seriously we are missing out.     Working on an organic farm! What an amazing experience. The last week had been great, learning soo much about permaculture and organic farming. Rachel and I got here on Saturday afternoon, we got to look around the farm and settle in. Then we got to relax for the weekend, which was really nice, it is so peaceful here.     ... of schnitzel you would like. I really enjoyed Schnitzelburg, so much in fact that after polishing off my schnitzel I helped the girls to finish off theirs. I'm not sure if it is the schnitzel, or if it is the sausage (from the pig), or if it is the beer but I seem to have picked up a slight ailment since we have been in Germany, I believe it is known as German Gut.
