... We almost completed the entire house's siding but had to wrap up in time to get over to the YMCA and start getting ready for dinner. The nice people at the Y let me get in a nice 2 mile jog on the treadmill (something I have yet to do on this trip and man it showed!) and now to shower at the church before another host-provided meal potluck style :) That's a wrap! 9 straight bike days start tomorrow! Special shout out to Anthony--Happy 23rd ...

Hello, friends! Another build day. Instead of painting we built walls and added insulation. But before I go into that, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANTHONY!! Anthony is another builder on this trip. Next stop is a tea house where we expect to see tea plantations but actually it's a cafe overlooking a stage where a drama group is rehearsing a performance.
Next we head to town to ...

... magical. I was walking down the sandy wooden floor walks just imagining a cowboy shootout would happen any minute then jump on the runaway train and the men coming back from working in the gold mines and the women have just cooked a big home meal. This day was perfect as I did no expect any of this. When you walk out of this district it is like entering another world, a commercialised world. There are big buildings and a shopping centre with subway on the corner. I just wanted to ...
