A morning of another delicious hot breakfast followed by second coats on the paint jobs we started yesterday. We then were given Subway for lunch and since there wasn't much left to be done with the paint crew, I switched groups to help put up the wood siding on another house. ... I grabbed a leaflet from the greyhound station and seen it advertising Old Sacramento. I thought this could be good so I got onto a bus and went.
I was so surprised when I arrived, the district was stuck in the gold rush era. There were people dressed up, horse and carts roaming around, men welding and women sewing.
