Our group heading to a local restaurant where we were told we would have many small meals placed on the table from which we could choose. Some of these meals included dried cows lungs, curried brains and curried liver, dried beef and chili, beef rengang, (whole) squid curry and mixed spiced vegetables just to name ...

... magical. I was walking down the sandy wooden floor walks just imagining a cowboy shootout would happen any minute then jump on the runaway train and the men coming back from working in the gold mines and the women have just cooked a big home meal. This day was perfect as I did no expect any of this. When you walk out of this district it is like entering another world, a commercialised world.
