Returning from Firenze we picked up some groceries and stopped at the La Dolce Vita our favorite espresso shop. Since we are getting to be 'regulars' we were served complimentary sweets with our order of coffees. Feeling ready for some downtime we spent a day at the house doing those tough jobs - reading, enjoying some wine, getting some sun, listening for the church bells, supper of local pasta with carppaccio fresh asparagus and tomatoes.etc.

Our living quarters are the second story of the house. The ground floor appears to be used for storage with a part of it being rebuilt. It appears to have contained a garage and pens for small animals (goats or sheep).
