... so I had to open the car door and reached to get it grhhh! We stopped at Canosa during siesta time. Before we could reach it we had to pay for the use of the road so far. €10 later we got into town. It is very stressful going into towns when you don't know where you are going. ... We stopped in Naples which was very populated and ancient. I could nearly see Sophia Loren walking the backstreets of Naples. The train was so quick only 2 hours at 300kms an hour. At Salerno we felt like we were in a foreign country as there we no other tourist and no one spoke English. Don's limited Italian would be getting a workout. I rang the hotel who booked us a taxi.
