    ... university building in the world. After much debate, we decided that the anatomy building was the oldest.

    ... Gentileshci. After nearly three hours she came out dazed and happy. So much so that even after a refreshing glass, and a relax in the hotel, she could not get her head together enough to order dinner! She reckoned she was on a (legal!!) high.     ... even Rome only has 23) connected hy crowded walkways, millions of signs, several lifts (some not working) at least two long escalators, and several miles it seemed of stairs. Eventually we found our way, maming a mental note to allow about two hours to find our way back when we move in three days!

    We found a taxi with no trouble and got to the hotel around noon. It's ok, but "cheap and cheerful" describes it well. ...

    Before all of this, we had sampled some local restaurants on our own and also feasted. The prices were certainly right and we were happy for the recommendations from Ermias, our apt. host. ...
