A visit to Milano to have the motorhome alarm fixed. We stayed at this campsite last September so know it well, a lovely campsite on the waterside. Tia has already had a swim chasing the ducks as we got bitten by Mosquitos... Weather not as good here so we think we will about turn and will head back down towards Genova and continue on our travels down the West Side of Italy... Hopefully starting in Pisa. Very pretty. Went into local village. Chilled by lake eating ice cream, heaven on sore ...

Another bright and sunny day, and as the dirty clothes were mounting up I put a load of washing in the campsite laundry – a bargain at €3.50 including soap powder. We put the clothes out to dry but put them under the awning before we set off to Lake Orta, and its a good job we did as there was a thunderstorm before we got back; our lovely Swiss neighbours had moved the rack even further inside ...
