... in elevation. It was rocky with pine cones everywhere and it took about 1.5 hrs. At the top, I found a nice rock ledge to sit down and look out upon the valleys below. From atop the mountain the vistas of Cyprus were gorgeous! I could not have found a better place to read Scripture, pray, and meditate for the afternoon. I thought about many things in my life (past, present, and future) and prayed for a lot of specific issues that have been weighing on my mind for A LONG ...

... sites close promptly at 4:30pm or 5:00pm depending on who runs the site. I brought up my intended trip to Mt. Olympus the following day and the ladies said they were planning to do that too but did not know which bus to take. Since I knew the bus, we agreed to meet tomorrow morning at a designated location and would take the bus together.

Maybe this was the reason I missed the bus this morning....who knows. ;)
