... vegetables and dried fruits. We went around the big warehouses, it stunk of fish and there were loads of polystyrene containers with the fish in; it was all waiting to be loaded onto the lorries to be shipped out. A lot of it had already gone though! There were a few little side streets of fresh sushi bars and food stalls, the queues were miles liz for almost every single one! We were blessed with a nice day so we hit the Tokyo Skytree {one of the tallest towers in the world} to see the city from up above. Another unique thing about Ichiran was the kaedama style that they advertised, which essentially meant that as you got about halfway through your bowl you could (for a small price) order a refill of noodles so that you never ran into the tough spot of having too ...

... in Bonsai or Traditional Japanese culture.

My other highlight was the Cat Cafe in Kichioji called Temari no ouchi. It was beautifully decorated with a woodland theme and had some of the cutest cats ive seen. You are not allowed to pick them up which is good, so they basically have free will, but you can pat and play with them whilst having a beer or tea, Ive always wanted to check out a cat cafe whilst in Japan, it is very ...
