Today we left Croatia (sadly), we had the most amazing time there. We left Rijeka in the rain, the plan was to walk around the city this morning and have a look, however the rain deterred us so we packed the car and headed off. ... chamber which was cool. This castle was a prime medieval castle built solely as a barracks. Very cool. We then did the underground cave tour of the castle which was very cool. Only helmets with torches to navigate around and some cool history to tell. We had to wait for a late bus at 9pm so had a feed and a few beers at a pizzeria near the bus station.
