... I went straight into town because he had to get something from the tailors and we needed to go food shopping. Let me start out by saying, today was awesome! We went to Bozcaada, which is the only thing that I had really read about before I came here! Well what a day of events it was today.
First of all we arrived at Anzac Cove about 6am.
There was a Dawn Service for the Veterans as we approached Anzac Cove.
At 10am was the Anzac Cove Memorial Service led by the Captain and senior officers and a wreath laying ceremony.
I was unable to go as I was still not feeling well and would not have been able to cope with the heat and the emotion of it all.
