Final dinner at Baglio Oneto tonight. Had our dinner in the restaurant tonight think a certain lady had been complaining about the mozzies in the courtyard. It was our last night with Lorraine tonight as she was getting a taxi early in the morning to Palermo, where she was going to Scandinavia for another three week tour. Sadly said goodbye.
Next a lady singer came up and her and the guitarist got happening!! They were very good and sang a few classics , we had more wines and stayed a while longer absorbing the culture. Lucky to be there as its hard to just stumble on a good scene when your looking so hard to find something so cool. We slowly negotiated our way home with our mini map in the dark. Lucky Kevin's on the ball!!

... behind too Helen and Geoff and Lorraine and Gordon and Peter, all a bit worn out now and the hotel is truly a beautiful place to have a rest.
Had a wine tasting in their dining area this evening at 6.00 pm. Only liked the white wine and they really only gave us a taste of their house wines so a bit of a waste of time.
Had our evening meal out in the courtyard which was lovely.
... lunch which Neil and I and Lorraine and Helen thought the star of the meal was the spaghetti marinara absolutely fabulous. We also loved the sea bass which had a herb and pistachio topping on it which didn't overwhelm the taste of the fish. Wine supplied of course.
Gilberto had arranged a lift for me from the coach to the restaurant and back again.
Off to the airport to pick up Mark who has joined us for a few days so we get to see some more of the Island. We then head up to a historical town called Erice for lunch and the views were stunning. A Sunday night stroll through the city to show the sights to Mark was a real eye opener as all the SIcilians were out promenading so we just had to stop and have a Mojito and people ...
