    Today was spent in Bodrum, a beautiful little seaside village which would be a holiday destination for the Turks. The money invested in yachts in this area is mind blowing. We headed along the promenade towards Castle of St Peter, the most prominent feature of Bodrum. We thought the walk would have been too far for us, however when you stroll along and check out the shops on the way the distance doesn't seem too bad.     We arrived at the bus station and only had a short walk to our hotel in beautiful downtown Bodrum. The yachts here look bigger and better than our previous destinations...so much money concentrated in one small harbour!
