    Beach Paradise

A travel blog entry by anlnewby on Jun 11, 2015

Today started like the last few. An early wake up for me and a nice gentle sleep in for Lisa. Today Lisa was happy to make breakfast and did a wonderful job. The day started cloudy and we weren't sure whether it would be a good day to camp out at the beach for the whole day. We decided to go anyway and the cloud cover soon moved to a beautiful sunny day. The water was amazing and fresh like ice to our warm ...

The beach was calm and shallow and the water was full ...

... couldn't help but watch (Sean has pictures and video it prove it)! Eventually Marnie and Steph joined the guys and had a great time. Sean surprised us with a bottle of champagne to toast to our honeymoons!!! The music was awesome! We made dinner plans with Alex and Marnie and met them in town for a late dinner at Pasta Fresca Bakria (again, best food!). We had a great diner and drinks ...

... rougher. Thankfully I managed to not get sea sick - maybe it was the fresh air as I stayed out on deck for the entire ride - or maybe it was just cos it was a short ride.

We enjoyed a nice lunch together at another local cafe before heading off to meet up later for dinner. Our original plan was to watch the sunset from a restaurant in Little Venice but the weather has turned a bit cold so ...
