    POUNDING BACK THE COFFEE

    This had to be one of my poorer overnight sleeps. The next leg, however, will be 'excuse me' so don't feel bad. After a couple of hours pretty much decided to listen to the golden oldies music channel. The overall music was not as good on Swiss as I recalled in the past.

    Big Fatty got up and bounced on his toes. Seeing that much blubber move on so little sleep was not helpful.

    ... though its patented. It was wonderful and incredibly freeing not having to mess with zippers.

    We also hiked to 2 waterfalls - Buttermilk Falls (a tiny trickle in the summer) and Albion Falls. Albion Falls turned out to be an incredibly fun stepped waterfall - we actually climbed up the steps IN the waterfall. Wow. Never knew something like that existed in Canada.

    The beach was OK in Valens ...
