    You never sleep soundly knowing you have an early flight. Had set the alarm for 0535 but up at 0505 for ablutions. The time lapsed over the next 40M before down to pay the exorbitant amount for the Catalonian room tax [1.22E]. Why these things aren't in the final tally I d/n know but it was the same at the Ella Hostel days ago.

    ... headed for work. I took the following one at 0823 toward T5 to start the final journey home. Bus lanes can expedite things. Had a chuckle at the Bulgarian 'end of tunnel' signage as one of the world's dumber wastes of money. On one of the Hotel Hoppa buses, you get a sense of the 'Heathrow sprawl'.

    Left this morning tears, laughter and good will was had by all the borders to Australia are open to all please, please come down under so we can repay your hospitality! At the motel at the moment to fly to LA boo! Well we hope to post again from the USA but if we can't Bon voyage from us and once again a huge thank you from the O'Brien's + Frances.     Her treasured paint box is still at the hotel.. why did I not bring it.. Me???


    Jump back in car and drive back to hotel to retrieve said paintbox... The things we do...

    Arriving back at the hotel I found the final proof...
