    The 'hornblower' is the name of the Canadian boat ride at the bottom of the falls (not 'maid of the mist' as most people think - that's the american one). We bought our tickets and were given red ponchos to wear. We definitely needed them, as we ended up getting a small shower by all the mist coming off the falls.     ... Well, the description of the light display on the internet was much better than the real thing! Basically just a bunch of lights in some trees with a few light displays. Definitely not worth getting wet and cold for-which we did! Also, the fireworks display was an hour late and I'm so glad we decided to return to our room to watch it. Our visit to Canada has been great. I'm glad we took the time out to see it. Back to the US ...

    ... in Florida where they go to escape the Canadian winter. They are mad they drive from Niagara to Florida (2500miles) in one go.

    Enjoyed eating our cornin the outdoor area while the steak was cooking. Our steak with salad then dessert of fresh pineapple was beautiful will have to buy some more corn and pineapple tomorrow they are cheap.

    ... to know that this fun vehicle is conserving fuel, and imprinting a smaller carbon footprint across the country, I’m sure there is more to learn and collect about the lack of environmental impact this trip has comparable to a regular mid size rental car.
