... told Luke he needs to try a Wiener Schnitzel. He has had chicken before at home but I wouldn't really call it traditional. He enjoyed this so much that after eating half of it (they were large) he said he was full but then a minute later proceeded to finish it off.
This was washed down with ice cream but check out the photo to see it was not just an icecream in a cone.
Although we dreamt and planned a lot for this journey, we never thought about the last part.
Waiting between our last two planes, we still have one question:How do you end such an overwhelming adventure before getting back to the real world of bills, plumbing problems and work but also friends, family, weekends and summerbars? I guess by putting the best pics on your screensaver and planning the next one :-)?.
... was a lot to look at. After shopping a bit, I ended up back in front of the market church. At 5 o'clock - the church bells played a beautiful song. So, I figured I would sit in the sun for a hour, read & catch up on my blog and then video the bells at 6 o'clock. So, the hour passed and I was ready to video the church. But it chimed 6 times and then went silent! I was so bummed! I don't know what was so special about 5 o'clock ... But clearly 6 o'clock isn't ...
Well we have been requested to start this Blog so we best make a start. We left Melbourne at 9.30pm on the 9th of May and left the cold and damp behind replacing it with a pleasant 32 degrees in Dubia. After a few hrs sleep we went to Ifly Dubai for Shelley's birthday.
