An awesome morning, went by train (Thomas the tank engine style) into town to the musical cabinet museum, amazing old musical instruments the best was a piano with 6 attached violins, tiny musical box with a singing bird. Moved onto the Ruedesheimer Schloss hotel for the local coffee delicacy. This was sugar, brandy, coffee & cream, yummy!!!

After tea with Ric, I headed into downtown Wiesbaden to grab lunch and do a bit of shopping. As the Morning was gone, I wanted a quick snack - so I hit WorkBeck. So, I selected a pork, Gouda and tomato sandwich and went on my way. After finding a nice bench - I drank my water, ate my sandwich and people watched! Trust ...

... days we went to Amsterdam! Wayne drove us up there. All of us had been before, so we cobbled together a plan to walk around the city, go to the Rijksmuseum, go to the Heineken experience, and check out Vogel Park. The Heineken Experience was my favorite. They had a RIDE where you "become the beer" and they take you through the brewing process on this moving platform, like Star Tours in Disney World! Awesome.

... google it tomorrow. There are little streets, courtyards, canals, boats buzzing up and down restaurants by the canal. Cafes, people sitting or wandering alongside the waterways. Lots of laughter and chatter. We stopped for a beer, have sampled a few by now and found a few favs. Wandered some more - then decided we would eat early - people eat dinner late here. By the time we have got use to that - we will need to revert - pub dinners get eaten up ...
