... We got to our hotel, The Silver Cloud, around 2:30am and could not wait to get some shut eye. We needed to be fresh for the next big day, trying to get as much in of the city as possible.

... I was worried this place wouldn't have the social atmosphere like the Samesun excelled at. But I'll keep an open mind. My room was definitely much bigger but I was assigned a bunk on top which is the worst. You have to go up and down the steps and there's no place to set your phone or book while in bed. Plus I had to make my own bed with the fitted sheet and that is difficult in itself when your bed is bunched up into the corner. I eventually got it to work and out all my stuff ...
So apparently there are only 70 days a year in Seattle when it doesn't rain. And as I absolutely adore the sunshine you would think that I would automatically hate the place.
