Today is 6 weeks until everything changes.
The reality of what I'm about to do hasn't quite hit me and I'm afraid if I stop and think about it too much the gravity of what's to come will overwhelm me. So I take each day as it comes and tick one thing off the list at a time. I'm trying to appreciate everything I have right now in this moment, because everything is about to change, and I am not turning back!

... I am sitting in a big old cup like chair on the waterfront, sipping on Aussie beer, watching the practice. I'll be sure to Google the museum and swot up on what I'm missing!! ;) I did take a walk along Southbank to get a free massage from some That ladies and then headed back for more beer and F1 practice coverage. ... went to see what Melbourne had to offer in the botanical garden, and among marrying couples and family pick-nicks we saw some nice trees and flowers. After the botanical garden we went to the national gallery to see what kind of art they have there. Unfortunately we missed the Australian section and had to settle with only European and Asian art, which we have seen most of before.
Tomorrow we are back on the road again!
... It was good but not my favorite. It tasted just like a date cake, so I suppose if you like dates you would love it!
