We did help get the 3 Grandies to Triathlon training a few weeks ago . - Garry riding up front, and the 3 of them riding behind nicely behind on their new bikes, heading for the swim pool.

... at the end of a canal is amazing - these VERY large birds come right up to you- with their huge bodies and 'back to front' knees... some of the neighbours feed them so they are used to people. We kept our distance from the water, as last week Connie spied a small alligator in the canal.
