... in the snow! Ava went tubing! She thought it was great! It's the first time they've taken Ava and now that they know how it works they will take her again! This is a great way to spend the my last few weeks travelling! I'm definitely happy to be here with family, even if I'm not used to the cold yet! I do miss the sunshine and beaches! The batsman trudges off very reluctantly and apparently spends the next six ...

... balls. I make a brief cameo with only a couple of overs to go with 7 off 8 balls. One nice cover drive for 4 then i smash the hell out of the ball towards midwicket only for Martin Woodward to get a hand down to it and save a certain four. I step away from a shorter one next ball, trying to run it away through the vacant third man position only to miss it and see it hit the leg stump bail. Yes, probably not the best ...

... gloves and elects to keep all day - another bad decision. Gill and I are in agreement that with so many games in close succession it is advisable to only keep for half the game and pass over the gloves to another of the keepers - else our concentration suffers in the latter overs.

The Warwickshire openers take to our bowling with a vengeance.
After 20 overs they are 1/121 and it looks like we are going to ...
