... deal to see, except for its sheer size, and we waited patiently for the hop on hop off bus. Patience was needed as Roman traffic can make bus timetables an rough estimate at best. When it arrived we were in for a long trip to Venezia Piazza via the Vatican. Still we haven't spent any time in that part of the city and it was a pleasant meander along the Tiber River.

First stop after our stop, so to speak, was a lunch spot.

Now I am all for eating ...

Oh and another side note, a girl already got clipped my a car yesterday! It wasn't anything bad but the driving here is beyond crazy. There is no pattern to it I swear :/ They just drive and hope for the best, people literally park in the road and on sidewalks lol. I would have a panic attack if I had to drive here since people cut each other off all the time. Well that's about it so goodnight from the most beautiful place ever! Ps I'm not proof reading this ...

I did find the supermarket but it was closed—permanently or just for the afternoon hours, I wasn't sure. I walked back—I may have taken a couple different streets but ended up back on my street anyway! I ended up buying water and a few things at the tiny little market just a block away. We set off, after a very nice breakfast, to see what Rome had to offer. We headed off to the station (Termini), as that is the centre of tourist action. We bought a 2 day pass on the hop on hop off bus, but really only made one stop today, the Vatican.
