Vandaag heeft Rutger onze paspoorten bij de Chinese ambassade afgegeven in Den Haag. 11 juni kan hij onze paspoorten en visa weer halen! ^^
De eerste stappen zijn gezet :)
Today Rutger went to Den Haag (The Hague) to bring our passports, photo's and information forms to the Chinese ambassade!
June 11th we can pick our passports with visa up ^^
The first steps are taken :)
... had flags on the shoulders - Dutch, German, Swiss, Swedish, American, Canadian, a few kilt-wearing Scots. The military category has to carry 10kg of dead-weight, as well as walking 40km/day.
I had a brief chat with a pair of British Bobbys, eating ice-creams in their woollen English winter-proof uniforms, complete with their dome-shaped helmets. They sensibly said they'd be walking in t-shirts, given that the forecast was for 27C. ...

Today was a bit different than earlier in the week where I was lucky enough to be able to see and experience a lot of many of the main attractions in Holland. Instead, we took things a little easier today and relaxed after a few days of wonderful sightseeing.
