    We had a beautiful warm summer day to do a 50 mile cruise down a section of the Hudson River. The Catskill Mountains were in our western view most of the way. We took on about 120 gallons of Valvtech Diesel about halfway. While swimming in the refreshing pool we met a nice couple on the Rainbow Connection from Coxackie NY.     ... day in AK is not like this! But trying to not be greedy and go in with low weather expectations, hopefully to be surprised by better than anticipated weather.
